F Yeah (Future Brewing Collab)

Style: DDH DIPA
F Yeah is a brand new collab with our new buds from Sydney, Future Brewing. They visited us last month for JUICY Fest and we were asked them to come by to drop an absolute hop BOMB with us. We've always known these guys like it hoppy so we had to go hard on the DDH Double IPA we brewed. We picked our favourite hop varieties Nelson from Future and Citra and Motueka from us and absolutely bamboozled this beer with it. For extra sizzle we added in some Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hopkief to the ferment as well as some Citra Cryo for extra punch. The result is an insanely tropical joose bomb. The haze factor on this one is dialled all the way up to milky and the velvety body is there to match. For the sheer volume of hops we dropped in, there is a beautiful softness about it, however don't be fooled, the hop saturation comes on bringing gorgeous notes of lime splice, peach gummies, orange fanta and mango magic (IYKYK). The finish is soft and silky and to be honest has no right to be so drinkable, but that's why we're absolutely in love.

F This (Finback Collab)

Style: TIPA w/ Coconut
F This is a brand new collab with our best homies from Queens in New York City, Finback. They made the long journey down under again last month for JUICY Fest and we were blessed to brew this saucy little Coconut infused Triple IPA with them. Now we know what you're thinking - coconut is best in stouts. Well guess what, the Finback team had other ideas and holy sensory is this thing on another level. We started out by brewing a seductively juicy Triple IPA using a light malt bill with just a hint of yellowy-orange hue to the haze. Next we dry-hopped it with a pretty insane lineup including Kohia Nelson SubZero Hopkief, Kohia Motueka SubZero Hopkief, HBC 586, Citra LUPOMAX, Motueka and Citra. The underlying base beer was pretty seductive and we thought F This, lets condition it on desiccated coconut to take it to another level. The aroma is passionfruit cupcake with shredded coconut vibes, truly mind melting. On the palate we're getting huge passionfruit vibes from the Kohia Nelson and Kohia Motueka, plus lush tropical mango and a beautiful lychee and peach note. The coconut dips and dances the whole way through each mouthful before announcing itself fully on the back end in a pleasant but noticeable way. The finish is soft, juicy and succulent, with not a hint of bitterness in sight. This is one of the most unique hoppy beers we've made and we can't wait for you to try it.

F Sake (Fox Friday Collab)
Style: DDH West Coast IPA
F Sake is a brand new collab with Tassie legends Fox Friday. They visited us last month for JUICY Fest and we were stoked to bring this banging Westy your way. We've gone light and lean on the malt bill, for a super light colour and high level of clarity. What comes next is a hard and fast assault of modern hops putting a slightly more tropical hit on this recipe. We've used Riwaka SubZero Hopkief, Rakau SubZero Hopkief, Citra, Riwaka, Simcoe Cryo and Citra Cryo for an ultra punchy bouquet of passionfruit pulp, extra sticky mango and a hint of old school pine and resin. The body is uncomplicated yet full and well rounded, allowing glorious fresh hop notes to shine. Expect a medium-medium high bitterness throughout and a snappy and dry finish that will have you begging for more.

F That (˙ᗡNՈOᖵ Collab)

F That is a brand new collab with our new West Coast pals from FOUND. in Perth. They visited us last month for JUICY Fest and we were asked them to come by for a cheeky little DDH IPA collab day. If you didn't know about FOUND, the guys behind the beers are industry legends. They are responsible for some of Australia's classic craft beers in the West and so a classic is what we've created with them. An undeniably classic combo of Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic combine in this one for ultra silky notes of fresh summer berries, with candied orange and sherbet coming through, followed by a late hit of overipe mango. The body is right where we like it for this style, with a nice full mouthfeel and a satuating palate. The finish is juicy and punchy with plenty of nectar on repeat.
