We're a Brisbane-based, small-batch brewery and hospitality group built on a simple idea: forever exploring, forever evolving.
Since 2018 we've grown from a Newstead brewery into a collection of venues that locals genuinely love. Each one with its own personality, all of them sharing the same DNA. Great beer brewed fresh every week. Bold, approachable food. Spaces that feel considered, welcoming, and genuinely hard to replicate.
Today the Range group includes our Newstead brewery and taproom, the sun-soaked courtyard of Patio by Range in Paddington, the cosy neighbourhood comfort of Rays by Range in Camp Hill, and The Bethnal, our contemporary wedding and events space next door to the brewery.

Venue Manager
We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take full ownership of Neighbour at Gasworks Plaza.
You'll lead the front-of-house team, own the guest experience, and run a venue that the local community will genuinely love coming back to.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy- you'll be on the floor, managing the roster, and working closely with the kitchen to deliver a consistently excellent product. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in their venue and their people, read on.

Commis Chef
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Neighbour at Gasworks Plaza.
This is an entry-to-mid-level role for someone who is serious about developing their skills in a quality, well-run kitchen. You'll work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager, building your technique and learning what it takes to produce great food consistently.

Pizza Maker
We're searching for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join the kitchen at Neighbour at Gasworks Plaza. Our pizza program is built around quality ingredients, genuine craft, and consistently high standards and we need someone who takes real pride in what comes out of their oven. You'll manage the pizza station end-to-end, from dough prep through to service.

FULL TIME | RAYS, CAMP HILL
Venue Manager
We re looking tor an experienced Venue Manager to take tull ownership of Rays by Range in Camp Hill. This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy, you'll run the venue, lead the team, and set the standard for the Rays experience. You'll own the P&L, manage the roster, develop your people, and work closely with our Hospitality Operations Manager across the group.
Full-time, 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
