F This is a brand new collab with our best homies from Queens in New York City, Finback. They made the long journey down under again last month for JUICY Fest and we were blessed to brew this saucy little Coconut infused Triple IPA with them. Now we know what you're thinking - coconut is best in stouts. Well guess what, the Finback team had other ideas and holy sensory is this thing on another level. We started out by brewing a seductively juicy Triple IPA using a light malt bill with just a hint of yellowy-orange hue to the haze. Next we dry-hopped it with a pretty insane lineup including Kohia Nelson SubZero Hopkief, Kohia Motueka SubZero Hopkief, HBC 586, Citra LUPOMAX, Motueka and Citra. The underlying base beer was pretty seductive and we thought F This, lets condition it on desiccated coconut to take it to another level. The aroma is passionfruit cupcake with shredded coconut vibes, truly mind melting. On the palate we're getting huge passionfruit vibes from the Kohia Nelson and Kohia Motueka, plus lush tropical mango and a beautiful lychee and peach note. The coconut dips and dances the whole way through each mouthful before announcing itself fully on the back end in a pleasant but noticeable way. The finish is soft, juicy and succulent, with not a hint of bitterness in sight. This is one of the most unique hoppy beers we've made and we can't wait for you to try it.
