Silver Linings - IPA
Silver Linings is a brand new hazy IPA loaded up with a bangin’ combo of Citra & Nelson Sauvin, fermented with an extra special yeast strain that’s providing stone fruit for days. It pours a sunset-gold haze, with a creamy tight foam. On the nose is complex layers of ripe mango, citrus peel, and rounded out with a nice hit of Nelson dank. it’s a juicy tidal wave of tropical fruit with pineapple, mango, and mandarin bursting through balanced by bright citrus zest, slightly creamy texture along with hints of white grapes and textbook NZ diesel. The finish is plush, clean and ultra-moorish. You already know you need 4 of these.

Our house IPAs are a modern twist on the New England style. They're juicy, hazy and glowing bright orange in the glass. We like to keep the bitterness low from start to finish, making it smooth, expressive and seriously drinkable.
The malt bill is intentionally simple, with oats and wheat building a soft, full body that lets the hops shine. We lean into dry hops that often deliver waves of melon, tropical fruit and ripe citrus, all wrapped up in that signature hazy mouthfeel.
These beers are bold in flavour but approachable by design- perfect for longtime hop lovers and first-time IPA drinkers alike.
