River City Pils is a beautiful lager that was born out of a less than beautiful event. We've brewed it once more to celebrate Lager City 2025. This lager is dedicated to our wonderful river city of Brisbane. We love this place, even if the river did literally infiltrate our brewery for a few days in the February 2022 floods. It pours a beautiful light straw colour with a bright white head. RCP has a clean flavour profile, with a medium full-palate bitterness and light bready notes that accentuate the German malts used to brew it. The finish is crisp and dry but ultimately refreshing. River City, we adore you.
