Party Wave - West Coast IPA
Party Wave is a brand new, super crispy West Coast IPA hit with a punchy combo of Nelson Sauvin, Krush and Mosaic. It pours a super clear straw gold with a slight fluorescent glow and a bright white foam. At a glance you'd swear it's a lager, but one whiff says otherwise. A dank hop punch hits first, followed by Krush's fresh tropical citrus and that classic Nelson dry white grape. Take a sip and it all carries straight onto the palate: resinous, dank hops with a hint of passionfruit and mango juice, while Nelson brings fresh white grape and a little savvy b. The malt stays out of the way and lets the hops do the talking. The finish is nice and dry with a lingering medium-high bitterness that keeps you paddling back out for another

Our West Coasts pay homage to a true craft beer classic, typically with a slight modern Range twist to keep things exciting. We like to build these beers on a lean malt bill, resulting in a clean body, lighter colour and high clarity (with the occasional natural hop haze). A firm upfront bitterness leads the way, giving structure and snap to this beer style. Expect layers of pine, resin, and citrus peel, finishing crisp, dry and pleasantly bitter.
