Lucky Number - IPA
Lucky Number is a brand new house-style hazy IPA that we have dosed with a juiced up hop combo of Citra, Simcoe, NZ Cascade and Simcoe Cryo. It pours a super soft yellow gold, with a dominant haze and fluffy white foam. On the nose we're copping bursts of tropical and citrus fruit, with a backbone of zesty lime peel, mandarin and a hint of resin. Take a slurp and you'll find a heavenly mouthfeel that is so soft and luxurious that the hop notes seemingly float on in. We're getting stone fruit, juicy lime and tropical character, while NZ Cascade adds floral, gently zesty citrus, and Simcoe (with a Cryo boost) lends piney resin and a touch of dank, ripe berry. It's all rounded out with a kiss of bitterness that balances soft juice with the perfect IPA kick. The ultimate hazy crusher!

Our house IPAs are a modern twist on the New England style. They're juicy, hazy and glowing bright orange in the glass. We like to keep the bitterness low from start to finish, making it smooth, expressive and seriously drinkable.
The malt bill is intentionally simple, with oats and wheat building a soft, full body that lets the hops shine. We lean into dry hops that often deliver waves of melon, tropical fruit and ripe citrus, all wrapped up in that signature hazy mouthfeel.
These beers are bold in flavour but approachable by design- perfect for longtime hop lovers and first-time IPA drinkers alike.
