Hello My Name Is - West Coast DIPA
Hello, My Name Is is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we have dialled in with a crazy fun combo of Nectaron, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka Cryo. We've kept the malt bill super new school, going for a predominantly Pilsner malt to keep it light, lean and clean and let the dank drippy notes take over. Out of the glass we're copping wafts of sticky orange, dank stonefruit and hints of piney goodness. Take a big ol’ swig and you'll be hit with some of the drippiest citrus, pineapple, resin and pine of all time. The body and bitterness come through perfectly without taking over, leaving a punchy fresh and sticky hop bomb all the way through your palate. The finish is clean and spritzy, making this one drink well below its ABV.

Our West Coasts pay homage to a true craft beer classic, typically with a slight modern Range twist to keep things exciting. We like to build these beers on a lean malt bill, resulting in a clean body, lighter colour and high clarity (with the occasional natural hop haze). A firm upfront bitterness leads the way, giving structure and snap to this beer style. Expect layers of pine, resin, and citrus peel, finishing crisp, dry and pleasantly bitter.
