Green Light - NZ IPA
Green Light is (technically) our first ever New Zealand IPA, which we’ve brewed for the inaugural Australian NZ IPA Challenge, hosted by Rocky Ridge, in collaboration with The Crafty Pint, Clayton Hops and Smiths Craft Beer House in Queenstown, NZ. Whilst this might be technically our first time putting New Zealand IPA on a label, we’re certainly no strangers to this style and it’s become an in house favourite of ours. Naturally we’ve dug deep into our NZ Hops treasure chest for this one, utilising Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Hop Oil from Clayton Hops, Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops, Riwaka from Eggers Hop Farms, and Nectaron from NZ Hops for the full spectrum of NZ hops experience. True to style, we’ve kept this an almost 100% Pilsner malt keeps the colour light and lets the NZ stank do it's thing. Sticky, dank, savvy b and gummies is what comes bursting out of this thing, like walking through hop farms. Take a sip and you'll cop a saturating mouthfeel that's full of vibrant stone fruit and major dank notes. Sherbet and pine roll through the back end, with a crisp, dry finish and a clean bitterness that cuts through all those massive hop juicy, dank notes.

LEARN ABOUT THIS STYLE
Our house IPAs are a modern twist on the New England style. They're juicy, hazy and glowing bright orange in the glass. We like to keep the bitterness low from start to finish, making it smooth, expressive and seriously drinkable.
The malt bill is intentionally simple, with oats and wheat building a soft, full body that lets the hops shine. We lean into dry hops that often deliver waves of melon, tropical fruit and ripe citrus, all wrapped up in that signature hazy mouthfeel.
These beers are bold in flavour but approachable by design- perfect for longtime hop lovers and first-time IPA drinkers alike.
Juicy. Hazy. Balanced. A true Range staple.
