First Light is a brand new New Zealand-style Pilsner that we've brewed for Lager City 2025. We've started with a clean and crispy Pilsner base, then dry-hopped it with two of our Kiwi favs, Motueka and Rakau. It's full of super lush aromas that give off heaps of lovely apricot and peach with a hint of lychee too. Take a sip through the fluffy white foam and you'll find an incredibly balanced bitterness that gives way perfectly to notes of lemon and lime citrus before softening into more tropical stonefruit notes of peach and lychee with a finishing touch of passionfruit. The finish is soft and easy going, but has a beautiful lingering hop saturation.
