Dripping in Green: Riwaka - IPA
Dripping In Green: Riwaka is a brand new addition to our Dripping series, where we push the limits of modern dry-hopping techniques with a single hop variety. We've saturated this baby with Amplifire Fresh Hop Oil Riwaka, Eggers Farms Riwaka T90, NZ Cryo Riwaka and our hand selected Riwaka T90 from Freestyle farms. This one pours a straw-to-gold haze in the glass, with an insanely whippy white foam on top, and those Riwaka aromas bellowing out. It's every bit as signature kiwi as you'd expect, with those classic passionfruit and fresh-squeezed lime aromas bursting through. The mouthfeel is silky smooth, with every sip bringing waves of lime, classic white wine grape, overripe stonefruit, and a diesely dankness perfectly compliments the fruity punch that the quad-layered Riwaka brings. The finish is clean and moreish, leaving behind a drippy hop punch from those layers of Riwaka.

Our house IPAs are a modern twist on the New England style. They're juicy, hazy and glowing bright orange in the glass. We like to keep the bitterness low from start to finish, making it smooth, expressive and seriously drinkable.
The malt bill is intentionally simple, with oats and wheat building a soft, full body that lets the hops shine. We lean into dry hops that often deliver waves of melon, tropical fruit and ripe citrus, all wrapped up in that signature hazy mouthfeel.
These beers are bold in flavour but approachable by design- perfect for longtime hop lovers and first-time IPA drinkers alike.
