Dialed In - Oat Cream IPA
Dialled In is a brand new Oat Cream IPA that we have dialled up with Manilita, Motueka, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. It pours a stunning yellow haze that glows in the glass with a dense white foam. On the nose this baby is dominated by glorious fresh kiwi hops, loads of lime and lychee, and a hint of fleshy orange. Take a sip and everything you expect from the aromas comes true on the palate, all delivered on a luxurious and silky body. Succulent hits of lime, lychee, big time Nelson passionfruit Sauv Blanc and a last rock melon finish. Light hits of orange starburst weave through proving that Citra is still all that. The finish is nothing but joose, with a soft and saturating mouthfeel bringing you back for more after every sip.

This style of beer derives it's name from the high quantities of oats in the grist, and the use of lactose. The oats create that plush, hazy base while the lactose brings a smooth, full-bodied creaminess that gives the style its name. TDLR: Oat Cream Beers are all about texture and boy is it PLUSH.
