Comeback Story - Red IPA
Comeback Story is a brand new Red IPA, splashed with a generous helping of Simcoe, Mosaic & Nectaron Cryo. In the glass, it’s pouring a beautiful auburn colour that pours crystal clear with a gorgeous fluffy off-white foam. On the nose we're getting whiffs of toasty sweet malt richness, fruity bubblegum and a nice pithy grapefruit kick. Take a sip and upfront you'll be met with a clean bitterness that leads into a beautifully balanced dance of toasty amber malt intermingled with the aforementioned fruity bubblegum and pithy grapefruit citrus. The finish is pleasantly dry and bitter that lingers on the palate that’s oh-so moreish. Maybe the comeback story of the decade so far is the return of clean, crispy IPA, and the Red IPA variant is no exception.

Our house IPAs are a modern twist on the New England style. They're juicy, hazy and glowing bright orange in the glass. We like to keep the bitterness low from start to finish, making it smooth, expressive and seriously drinkable.
The malt bill is intentionally simple, with oats and wheat building a soft, full body that lets the hops shine. We lean into dry hops that often deliver waves of melon, tropical fruit and ripe citrus, all wrapped up in that signature hazy mouthfeel.
These beers are bold in flavour but approachable by design- perfect for longtime hop lovers and first-time IPA drinkers alike.
