Chur - IPA
A two part series in which we've used all ingredients from their respective regions to showcase the local terroir. Each batch is brewed identically with a simple malt bill of pale malt, oats and wheat from respective local producers, then fermented with a local hazy IPA strain. The resulting beers are remarkably unique and in our opinion pretty stunning examples of each country's local produce.
Chur is a 100% New Zealand ingredient Hazy IPA which we have smothered with Motueka, NZ Cascade and CIP-076 from Clayton Hops. This is an incredibly soft and creamy NZ IPA, pouring a gorgeous milky yellow haze. On the nose, it’s brimming with notes of grapefruit citrus, lime and ripe peach. It’s drinking beautifully, with big hits of fresh lychee, white grape, peach and lime with subtle backend tropical notes and a hint of zest. The finish is creamy and smooth and saturates the palate with fresh kiwi goodness.

Our house IPAs are a modern twist on the New England style. They're juicy, hazy and glowing bright orange in the glass. We like to keep the bitterness low from start to finish, making it smooth, expressive and seriously drinkable.
The malt bill is intentionally simple, with oats and wheat building a soft, full body that lets the hops shine. We lean into dry hops that often deliver waves of melon, tropical fruit and ripe citrus, all wrapped up in that signature hazy mouthfeel.
These beers are bold in flavour but approachable by design- perfect for longtime hop lovers and first-time IPA drinkers alike.
