All Good Things - Czech Pale Lager - Single
All Good Things is a brand new Czech Pale Lager brewed for all the real lager lovers out there. We've taken a traditional approach with this brew and fermentation with some special ingredients and a 55 day tank time. We started with a malt bill of floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt and floor malted Czech Pilsen malt from Tchecomalt and fermented cold and long to give the most possible time for clean flavour development. In the glass it pours a bright golden straw colour with an excellent clarity and a fluffy white foam atop. Take a sip and you can expect rich and complex bready malt notes that are full flavoured and equally refreshing. We've hopped this beer with Czech Saaz hops, which provide a true to style bitterness that is present from start to finish and balances beautifully with the long-lagered yeast esters and rich malt profile. We highly recommend finding your way to our taproom for a pour from our Czech lager taps. If you can't make it in, grab your favourite handled beer mug, pour it extra foamy and enjoy like the Czechs would.
