#1 Dad is a brand new ultra-crispy Pilsner brewed for all the father figures in our life. We start with a beautifully crispy Pilsner malt base that gives us a glowing pine straw yellow colour and meringue whip white foam. On the beak we’re getting classic lager yeast esters, freshly cut grass with a touch of crackers. Wrap your laughing gear around this one and you’ll be met with a soft malt body, light traditional floral hop notes and an incredibly crispy bitterness. Stone the flamin’ crows this one’s a bloody crusher and the dad’s are gonna love it.

Our house IPAs are a modern twist on the New England style. They're juicy, hazy and glowing bright orange in the glass. We like to keep the bitterness low from start to finish, making it smooth, expressive and seriously drinkable.
The malt bill is intentionally simple, with oats and wheat building a soft, full body that lets the hops shine. We lean into dry hops that often deliver waves of melon, tropical fruit and ripe citrus, all wrapped up in that signature hazy mouthfeel.
