I Know The DJ - DIPA
I Know The DJ is a beer for all the cool kids out there who definitely know the DJ and can definitely get you in with no cover charge. They also already know that this beer is loaded up to the max with Citra, Cashmere, Rakau and Nectaron too. It pours a stunning vibrant orange in the glass with a deep haze and a creamy, tightly forming foam. On the nose this one is as playful as the DJ set, with contributions coming from every hop in the setlist. Melon and Citrus from Cashmere and Citra and deep hits of stonefruit coming from the Raku and Nectaron. Take a sip and be welcomed into a tropical rave that will have you fistpumping faster than the drop in Sandstorm. Punchy and vibrant notes of peach, overripe mango, orange frosty fruits and a big guava bomb drop at the finish all come through in spades. The finish is all-juice-everything with a saturating tropical hit to last you deep into the night.
