Vivid Dreams - Oat Cream IPA
Vivid Dreams is a brand new Oat Cream IPA that we've laced with Citra, Sabro and Galaxy. This little number is a quintessential Range OC IPA that's leaning heavily into luxurious tropical fruit areas. The body is as smooth and decadent as you'd expect, with a heavy oat addition bringing a plump mouthfeel for the hops to glide in on. This beer is all about soft citrus, pineapple daquiris and passionfruit sorbet all rolled into a yellow hop haze. On the palate, Citra dominates with plush orange drip and candied orange sweetness that's followed by a medley of pineapple crush and passionfruit that lasts forever. The finish is soft and tropical, but also has a little hop nudge to remind you that this is indeed a Range IPA.

This style of beer derives it's name from the high quantities of oats in the grist, and the use of lactose. The oats create that plush, hazy base while the lactose brings a smooth, full-bodied creaminess that gives the style its name. TDLR: Oat Cream Beers are all about texture and boy is it PLUSH.
