Gimmie - West Coast Pilsner
Gimmie is a brand new West Coast Pils brewed with an afternoon on the links in mind. We've hit a butter cut right down the middle with this selection of hops with Strata, Nectaron and Simcoe hitting the fairway. Get a read on the aromas and you'll find notes of peach and strawberry with citrus undertones coming through. A clean fermentation profile allows us to hit a stock standard Range malt bill to the middle of the green. Once we're there it's an easy two-putt-par, with flavours of fresh stonefruit and berries dominating early. Orange and mandarin come in late to round things out, but by then we're within Gimmie range and that's all she wrote. Ultimately crushable, superb for the course, or after you walk off the 18th after a tap in.

Our West Coasts pay homage to a true craft beer classic, typically with a slight modern Range twist to keep things exciting. We like to build these beers on a lean malt bill, resulting in a clean body, lighter colour and high clarity (with the occasional natural hop haze). A firm upfront bitterness leads the way, giving structure and snap to this beer style. Expect layers of pine, resin, and citrus peel, finishing crisp, dry and pleasantly bitter.
