Some say it's the original, some say it's the best. JAM: Blueberry + Blackcurrant is the original in this series. We take a tart and zesty base sour and blend it with an absurd amount of blueberry and blackcurrant. It pours a striking deep purple berry colour that will immediately catch your eye. On the palate, its zesty and acidic upfront bringing a tartness that lasts long after each sip. Blueberry and blackcurrant come through in abundance adding sweetness and a refreshing edge. Our favourite for a reason!

Our Fruited Sour Ales are a staple for us and a consistent favourite in the brewery and across Aus. We start with a light, tart Belgian-style sour base, keeping the ABV approachable for maximum sessionability. During fermentation, we layer in generous amounts of real fruit to build brightness, depth and vibrancy.
Most releases hero a single fruit, though we occasionally explore bold combinations. Think Mango, Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Passionfruit, Blueberry, Lychee and Guava as some flavours we experiment with.. The result is a light-bodied beer bursting with tangy, juicy fruit character and refreshing acidity that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Our Double Fruited Sours take that same base and amplify it. With significantly higher fruit additions, these beers pour with thick, dense colour and deeper flavour saturation. The fruit intensity ramps up, often delivering a delightfully face-puckering hit, balanced by natural sweetness and bright acidity.
Some of these releases fall under our JAM series- our most fruit-loaded expressions, but at their core, all Double Fruited Sours are about pushing flavour, texture and colour to the limit.
