Take A Hike
Style: DDH IPA
Take A Hike is a collaboration DDH IPA with our friends from Mountain Culture in the Blue Mountains of NSW. The colour is light orange, with a medium-strong haze. On the nose, the Citra is bursting out, with tantalizing tropical aromas. A soft carbonation leads to a velvety mouthfeel. A fruit salad of tropical fruits comes into play from a huge dry hop that includes Citra, Cashmere Cryo, Simcoe and Vic Secret. The finish is quick and dry with a lingering juiciness, which makes this way too easy to drink.
Good Problem To Have
Style: Fruited Oat Cream IPA
Good Problem To Have is a Fruited Oat Cream IPA conditioned on mango and coconut. We brewed this in collaboration with our friends from Kings County Brewers Collective in Brooklyn, USA. It pours thicc, luxurious and juicy thanks to a heavy addition of lactose with a vibrant orange haze from the fresh and fleshy mango and coconut. All of this is layered on our pillowy and soft IPA base thats been dry hopped with mosaic and simcoe. We're getting strong vibes of mango lassi, coconut gelato and a touch of sweet stone fruit. A beer this moreish is a good problem to have.
Long Distance Relationship
Style: Imperial Sour
Long Distance Relationship is a special beer. In 2020 we were due to welcome some of the team from Track Brewing to Brisbane to brew a collab together. Obviously things didn't go to plan but we didn't want to let a good thing go to waste, so with Tracks blessing we brewed the beer as an isolation collaboration. LDR is a smoothie style Imperial Sour with mango, passionfruit, vanilla and lactose. It is tremendously thick, creamy, slightly tart and very very fruity. We liken it to drinking a liquid version of mango sorbet with a slight vanilla nuttiness.
Crocodiles Don't Play Cricket
Style: Pale Ale
Crocodiles Don't Play Cricket is a Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with the legends from DEYA Brewing Company from Cheltenham, UK. We've put an Aussie twist on their famous Steady Rolling Man pale, instead dry-hopping with Citra, El Dorado and Galaxy. Super fresh on the nose, with whiffs of pineapple and light passionfruit. The body is soft and fruity, with a light and ultra fluffy carbonation. On the palate, flavours of peach, passionfruit and light stonefruit dance through. The finish is soft, juicy and clean. The perfect party crusher.
We're super jazzed to be the first and only brewery in Australia to have access to their very own hop variety, grown by Segal Ranch, called Anchovy. This baby is a brand new experimental that Fast Fashion have sponsored and invested in the growth of after falling in love a couple of seasons ago. We've managed to get a super super fresh allotment picked only in September and pelletised a few weeks ago into Australia and in this beer just in the nick of time.
