Short Notice
Style: NZ Pilsner
Short Notice is a fresh and zesty dry-hopped middy pilsner, hopped with Motueka and Rakau. Pouring crystal clear in the glass with a fluffy white head, we’re starting to feel refreshed just looking at it. Tangerine, lime and lemon rind dominate the nose. These follow on the palate with a hint of pine and an ultra crushable bitterness. Need a summer foamer on short notice? Hit one of our taprooms for a deck of this bad boy.

Five O'clock Somewhere
Style: Fruited Gose
Five O'clock Somewhere is back again with a BANG. This is a Gose style sour which we have conditioned with lime, lemon and Tasmanian sea salt. We're not gonna lie, we love sipping on Margaritas and this beer is heavily inspired by our favourite zesty summer cocktail. It's beautifully tart and zingy and the salty kick on the finish will have you belting out Alan Jackson songs in no time. This beer is everything we'd hoped it would be and we're not saying it NEEDS tequila, we're just saying it wouldn't hurt to sip on your favourite mezcal or tequila while you knock back a pint.

Morning Sun
Style: California IPA
Morning Sun is an ultra lean California IPA, dry-hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Rakau, Citra and Centennial. Inspired by Matt and Mitch’s trip to the US for hop selection, after visiting Yakima it would have been rude not to hit California for a few days on the way home. Piney passionfruit and pithy citrus leap out of the glass. Once it hits your lips you’re greeted with some citrus complexity. Think tangerine and grapefruit vibes with some mid palate melon sneaking in there. Again, we can’t understate how light and lean this bad boy is. A nice hit of bitterness comes in late, making this a classic Cali IPA.

Evergreen
Style: Hazy IPA
Evergreen is a hazy and juicy IPA loaded up with an all Kiwi hop lineup of Rakau, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. Our love affair with New Zealand hops is well documented and the next chapter in this love affair might be the juiciest yet. Incredibly vibrant aroma featuring pineapple, lime, mango and mint. The palate features an even bigger hit of mango and lime with some nice creamy coconut and a little bit of that classic Sauvin white wine spritz. Like hitting the bar at an all inclusive resort, it’s a daiquiri, pina colada, mai tai, and a bottle of bubbles to finish things off, all rolled into one can of delicious joose!

Crème de la Disco
Style: Oat Cream IPA
Crème de la Disco is a juicy and bold Oat Cream IPA that we’ve jam packed with the same zesty and luscious hops that we use in our crowd favourite, Disco. Just like its namesake, this beer is insanely juicy. Melon, mango and tropical breakfast juice leap out of the glass, just begging for you to take a sip. Juicy, sticky, tropical fruit coats the palate like hop nectar. The heavy addition of oats and a little bit of lactose is what separates this from OG Disco. It’s the je ne sais quoi that brings the crème to the party. Deceptively not as sweet as you would expect, leaving things highly drinkable and ultra refreshing.
