Style: Gose w/Key Lime and Lactose
This vibrant pinch of sunshine is our latest Gose with additions of Key Lime puree and lactose. Effervescent aromas billow out of this one with pineapple, lime and lemon at the forefront courtesy of the ever tropical Key Lime. A sweet smoothness and syrupy tropical tang from the combination of lactose and Key Lime puree coats the mouth, with a carbonation that sings across your taste buds . The Sea Salt cuts through and balances the extra tart finish to create an ultra fresh, fragrant and sessionable Key Lime Pie in Gose form.

Imperial Smoothie Sour
Hyperdrive is a brand new Imperial Smoothie Sour with Nectarine and Blueberry which we've whipped up in collaboration with our buds from One Drop in Botany, NSW. One Drop don't do anything by halves when it comes to smoothie sours and for this brew we haven't held back any punches. We've gone all out to bring the most smoothie like sour we've ever brewed to your taste buds. Romanian and Oregan Blueberries mix with Australian Nectarine, Tahitian vanilla beans and a healthy dose of milk sugar. This one is biiig and creamy, but tart and expressive on the fruit side of things. Vanilla and milk sugar bring a beautiful balance to the tart fruits, while providing a creamy and luxurious body. It's out of this world!

Surprise Jazz
Style: Fruited Gose
Surprise Jazz is a brand new gose-style sour, with Yuzu, Pineapple and Tangerine. It pours a stunning bright yellow colour, with a light haze and a fluffy white foam. On the nose, expect loads of fresh and zesty lemon that's interwoven with a subtle mandarin. On the palate we have oodles of citrus freshness - orange, lemon and tangerine, with a pineapple sweetness coming through on the backend of the palate to balance the tartness. This one is ultimately crushable and perhaps can't be beaten for a summer sour to round out the hotter months.

Half Past Twelve
Style: Tangerine and Blood Orange Gose
Half Past Twelve is a Blood Orange + Tangerine Gose that we have made to be an ultra crushable and fruity sour beer, perfect for summer sipping. We've dropped in a healthy dose of Oregon fruit, added in with Tasmanian sea salt. Loads of citrus goodness is packed into this one, with swirls of orange and tangerine reminiscent of frosty fruits and fruit cup crush cordial. This finish is dry and refreshing and you have every chance of wanting to order a second one straight away.
