To match our DDH Everything Week beers, we've made a collection of other DDH treats including this DDH Hot Sauce in collaboration with Brisbane Pickle Co. 

For this hot sauce we've lacto-fermented cayenne, habanero, and Thai red chillies
with Centennial and Galaxy hops. It's an everyday kind of hot sauce that goes with everything. We recommend adding a dash (or five) to pizza, chicken, hot dogs and eggs. Expect strong tropical, floral notes straight up (courtesy of our Centennial and Galaxy hops) with a slow rise of heat. If you've been searching for something better than siracha, than look no further. 

About the Series: Our newest DDH Everything series showcases our love affair with our favourite green flower - hops. We've made five different beers, each one putting one hop variety and style of beers into the spotlight. The brewing team have used our ultra-refined double dry-hopping method to exploit and expose the wonders that each hop variety can produce.
