Low Key - Non Alc West Coast IPA
Low Key West Coast IPA is our brand new Non-Alcoholic West Coast IPA. We've brewed this little bad boy with Simcoe Cryo, Citra, and Mosaic with liquid additions of Simcoe, Chinook, Mango and Pineapple for extra pizzazz. It pours a medium yellow colour with a tremendously fluffy foam atop. In true West Coast IPA fashion, this one is upheld by a distinctive full palate bitterness that plays nicely with a heavy dose of Simcoe and Mosaic. Pithy citrus, pine and hints of resin coming through, with dashes of overripe mango weaving in. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with a lingering resin and hop bitterness. This little baby packs a punch of flavour, without the booze or the hangover.
