One Way Trip is a brand new West Coast Pale Ale (and no, you didn’t read that wrong) We wanted to shake up our regular hazy programming and go back to a classic style, water profile and hop combo. This West Coast Pale has been hit with a healthy dose of Columbus and Eclipse on the hotside providing a big, bold bitterness that coats the tongue, and demands for another sip. The dry hop combo of El Dorado, Chinook and Galaxy is beaming with pine, resin, orange marmalade flavours with a pinch of candied pineapple. This one is a true, crushable pale that carries an extra edge of zest.
