To celebrate Oktoberfest this year we let our brewer Adrien go nuts with his very own take on a German Festbier. The Festbier style is a pale lager that Munich breweries brew specifically for consumption at their Oktoberfest tents. This version showcases an all-German malt bill of pilsner and munich malt that provides a beautifully balanced malt backbone of bready sweet and crisp and refreshing notes. On the palate there is an elegant balance between subtle malt complexities and a mild yet discerning bitterness that tickles the palate just enough for you to be interested in downing another stein or two. The colour is a stunning pale yellow that pours crystal clear with a strong white foam. All in all this is an extremely steinable beer (new word meaning you can drink many steins) and we think you'll absolutely love it.
