Not My First Rodeo is a brand new double dry-hopped West Coast IPA that we have smacked with a humongous hit of Simcoe Cryo, Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. This cowboy pours a stunning light golden yellow in colour with a beautiful bright white and fluffy foam. The aromas jumping out of this one are a stunning mix of kiwi hop goodness with hints of passionfruit, white grape and mandarin. Take a sip and you'll be met with an upfront bitterness that really lets you know it's there, but then invites you in for more and says take a whack of this citrus and resin bomb that I have hiding back here. Huge notes of orange citrus upfront, with deep and saturating overripe stone fruit carrying right back through the palate. The finish is just a little bit naughty with some modern dank notes coming off the Nelson Sauvin. It's dry, snappy and punchy, with just the right amount of hop saturation.
